Planned preventative maintenance
Waterworks’ interceptor service reduces maintenance costs by avoiding routine uplift by tanker. It is less disruptive than the traditional approach and the service makes environmental improvements through reducing CO2 footprint of servicing and uplift by vacuum tanker.

The interceptor service also meets requirements of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act 1928, the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 and the Environment Agency’s Pollution Prevention Guideline 3.
